Thoroughly enjoyed to be here, the hotel was overall clean and charming small, the location was unbeatable and magnificent in a good location with excellent restaurant. I was offered a room with stunning views over the garden and river. The beds were very clean and I had an electric kettle, central heating and TV.

The location is super nice, right by the bridge in the village. My room was pretty big compared to other places i stayed at. The breakfast was lovley and made with good local stuff, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. Also had a great view of the river which was really relaxing. Really enjoyed my stay!
The shower was tiny and old, hard to use if you're tall. Had to wait a while for a parking spot even tho there's a public car park close.

nice place but some areas need attention
The staff displayed warmth and concern throughout our stay. The cooked breakfast was good, setting a lovely tone for our mornings.
The river outside can be quite loud, which may not suit everyone.

The breakfast choices were excellent, and we loved watching ducks by the river. Plus, it was a quick drive to Tintagel Castle, a hit with everyone in the family.
My children wanted more heating in the room. It was chilly at times, especially at night.

Fantastic food and cozy vibes
The food was amazing, especially the dinner, I had this chicken cassoulet that was just yummy! The room was comfy and a nice size too. Only bummer was that service was a bit slow at times. Cute place in a fine village!

I adored the traditional decor of The Riverside, charming and suits the age of the building perfectly. The views of the river were a wonderful sight to wake up to each morning.
Narrow staircases might challenge those with mobility issues.

A Good Culinary Experience!
I savored the biggest Sunday roast I've ever had, with a delicious selection of three meats and flavorful vegetables. The service was attentive. Don't miss the Malteser cheesecake for dessert. It's a sweet finish to a perfect meal!

Fantastic stay with great views and food options
Our room was lovely, offering great views of the river and the surrounding nature. The cleanliness was excellent. The breakfast options were great, catering well to plant-based diets, and we enjoyed dining at the restaurant each night due to the quality of the meals. One thing to be aware of is the number of stairs, which might pose a challenge for those with mobility issues.
